This past weekend was special to people all over the world for religious reasons, but for me it was especially sweet. Not only was it a beautiful Easter weekend, but it was the one year anniversary I left my 20 year career at FedEx behind and started a whole new venture. I knew I’d be successful because I’m driven, nimble with my business ideas and plans, and tenacious (and many times I was humbled). But I never would have believed my business would have unfolded the way it has this past year.

I started a radio show called “Tips to the Top” and have been honored to interview some of the most talented, influential and successful women in the world

This month I will complete my Executive Education at Wharton. The people I’ve met and the new ideas I’ve learned have been invaluable!

I’ve learned something fascinating and new EVERY DAY!!!
