While working with Thomasina as part of the FedEx Market Council I always appreciated her ability to align her message to the targeted audience. Along with her gift of communication you knew she would deliver what, when, and where she had committed or promised. She was the consummate professional. Undergirded with a commitment to “work life balance” she did not allow her work life to overwhelm or predominate. Her commitment to that “work life balance” was not lip service – it was a reality. She was one of the most productive and disciplined people with whom I have worked during my 20+ year career.
